We are thrilled to be able to offer Massachusetts customers beers from Transmitter Brewing. Transmitter brews their beers out of Long Island City, New York and put a focus on traditional and farmhouse ales. (warning about to get technical) They have secured over 20 isolated strains of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus, as well as a brewhouse library of traditional Belgian, French, English and American yeasts.

Their mission at Transmitter Brewing is to leverage their passion, and introduce you to compelling and unique beers with an appreciation of their history and a focus on the quality of ingredients. They are constantly striving to create approachable interesting yeast driven beers with complimenting grains and hops.*

Here is a list of beers along with their descriptions that we are able to offer our customer at BOTH of our Redstone Liquors locations!

W1- Wit Ale Brewed with Grapefruit Peel, Coriander, and Black Pepper- The additon of rye to the traditional malt bill of pilsner malt and white wheat lend additional spicy notes to the coriander, black pepper, and grapefruit peel. Notes: breezy, citrus, spice. (21 IBU, 5.1% ABV)

G3- Golden Ale Conditioned with Brettanomyces- A traditional Trappist yeast is combined with the additon of American hops to give this beer a complex aroma of stone fruit and citrus. Notes: tropical fruit, dry, citrus. (32 IBU, 6.9% ABV)
F4- Brett Farmhouse Ale- Three strains of Brettanomyces are combined in primary fermentation to create a complex web of aromas, with notes of ripe fruit and straw which turn more earthy as the bottle ages. Drink now for a unique fruitiness or save and enjoy the intense earthiness that will develop. Rustic with notes of tropical fruit and barnyard. (33 IBU, 6.8% ABV) (Stoneham only)
H1- Harvest Ale Fermented in Oak Barrels with Zinfandel Grapes- Old zinfandel grapes are added to wine barrels for a secondary fermentation that adds a delicious complex fruitiness with subtle balanced oak and tannic structure. Notes of strawberry, jam, and oak. Dry with a profound underlying fruitiness. (26 IBU, 7.1% ABV)

H2- Harvest Ale Fermented in Oak Barrels with Chardonnay Grapes- Complex oak and integrated fruit flavors. Brettanomyces kissed to add some earthiness and depth to the funk. Notes of oak, vanilla, and funk. (16 IBU, 7.1% ABV)

S4- Saison (7.2%), a delicious, clean, and highly drinkable earthy saison with notes of pepper and stone fruit

G4- Light Soured Golden Ale which features notes of pineapple and citrus, nicely tart, bottle conditioned with brettanomyces, featuring melon and nelson sauvin hops. (Stoneham Only)
