We are happy to announce the arrival of our Non Chill Filtered Old Weller Antique 107 Single Barrel Bourbon.  Weller is usually one of the most sought after of our our many barrel picks and anticipate that this years will be no different.

Notes on this barrel include a full body that has boasts layers of caramel in the nose, cherries upon cherries in the mid palate followed by a sweet bruleed sugar finish.  So many cherries that we decided to name this years pick “cherry potter”. As a way to commemorate our 10th Anniversary the first 150 bottles sold will have special stickers affixed to the back with our cherry potter and redstone 10th Anniversary logo. 

Bottles will be released at 5pm Tuesday December 18th at our Stoneham location ONLY. Bottles will be 1 per customer at $29.99/750ml. In an effort to take care of our regulars a limit of 2 bottles (at a 10% discount on the weller ($26.99/750ml)) will be offered to anyone who purchases any other 750ml bottle of Whiskey on that visit. Due to the popularity of this barrel there will be a strict no hold policy and will be first come first served.

Join us as we host our 1st ever Whiskey Fest. As many of you may know we do not do these “fest” tastings often but when we do we always try and out do the last ones. With weeks of planning this lineup is proving to be one not to be missed! (like seriously this list is bananas)

We will ALSO be releasing not one but TWO of our hand selected single barrels… the first is our Old Weller antique (Weller 107) this year’s pick is also Non Chill Filtered to add even more to the robust mouthfeel of this world class whiskey. The second is our latest Four Roses hand selected single barrel,(OESV, 120.4proof) this barrel yielding only 30 bottles! (will be limits of 2 per on Weller and 1 per on the 4R)

Limited releases: We will have a number of number of allocated items on hand for some lucky folks to purchase. these releases will be done “cookie jar” style similar to what we did at our anniversary event earlier this year…Rules: a $5 donation (or more its all for a good cause) to shriners children’s hospital will get a pull from the cookie jar, this cookie jar will have raffle tickets for the following allocated items and folks will have a 50% chance to pull out a winning ticket. If you pull a winning ticket you have the option to purchase that particular bottle (at MSRP). (total 103 winners!)

These were packaged in 750ml bottles only this year and are not available at both locations. This years yield is smaller than last so in an effort to spread these around we are limiting these to 3 bottles per person/day. These will sell out very quick so please act fast.

We are happy to announce the arrival of another Redstone exclusive hand selected single barrel. This time around we have Old welder Antique from buffalo trace. Because of the popularity of this whiskey we must limit purchases this week only (12-1) to 6 bottles per customer.

Old weller antique is a wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palette. Its bottled at 107 proof, offering a complex taste and bold finish. It’s certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof.

TASTING NOTES:
Sweet and floral notes and coupled with vanilla. The taste is very well balanced with sweet fruit notes, strong vanilla undertone and sharp spicy tones, with a cinnamon finish. Our Redstone barrel also exudes notes of dark cherry with a cinnamon and vanilla finish.
