Last October the Redstone barrel society took a trip to Mexico to visit Tequila Cazadores we not only got to shave some agave and taste some world class Tequilla but also got to work with their master distiller to make our one of a kind blend of Tequila.

We are happy to announce after a long and torturous wait, our custom blend of Tequila Cazadores has finally landed! We blended añejo with different reposado tequilas (some housed in older barrels and some in new ones) the result was well worth the wait. Mild notes of peppery spice from the reposado barrels take over the front palate while sweet candied vanilla from the Anejo takes over an ever-long finish leaving you salivating for the next sip. Cleveland Underground!

We are happy to announce the arrival of our custom blended barrel selection of Cleveland Bourbon. We had the daunting task of tasting and blending two unique whiskies that cleveland had distilled with different oaks. Then subjected our customers to come in and vote on which one that they liked best. The winner was a custom blend that was finished in Black cherry and hickory woods. This whiskey is can filtered not chill filtered to preserve the the mouthfeel and texture of this robust bourbon. We then proofed it down a tad to 110 proof to round out the flavors.

For those who are new to Cleveland’s products they have a proprietary method of being able to use woods that you normally can not make a barrel out of. Thus giving way to be creative and push the envelop a bit.

We love the way that this bourbon turned out and we think that you will to. Bottles arrived today at both locations and will be available only for a limited time so be sure to swing through and grab yours today before they are all gone.
