Cleveland Underground!

We are happy to announce the arrival of our custom blended barrel selection of Cleveland Bourbon. We had the daunting task of tasting and blending two unique whiskies that cleveland had distilled with different oaks. Then subjected our customers to come in and vote on which one that they liked best. The winner was a custom blend that was finished in Black cherry and hickory woods. This whiskey is can filtered not chill filtered to preserve the the mouthfeel and texture of this robust bourbon. We then proofed it down a tad to 110 proof to round out the flavors.

For those who are new to Cleveland’s products they have a proprietary method of being able to use woods that you normally can not make a barrel out of. Thus giving way to be creative and push the envelop a bit.

We love the way that this bourbon turned out and we think that you will to. Bottles arrived today at both locations and will be available only for a limited time so be sure to swing through and grab yours today before they are all gone.

Details of this year’s annual Whiskey draft!

It’s every whiskey drinker’s favorite time of year. When many of the best-known distilleries around the US release their flagships, not to mention some of the highest rated whiskies start hitting the shelves. The only issue is there is not enough of this fantastic nectar to go around.  Our solution is the Whiskey Draft raffle.

With the success and the fun everyone had with last years draft we have once again decided this to be the best and most fair way of rewarding our customers with a chance of scoring some of this rare whiskey.

For every bottle of 750ml whiskey purchased at Redstone Liquors starting Wed November 20^th through Sunday November 24^th you will receive one raffle ticket. For every bottle of whiskey (750ML) from one of our barrels (Angels Envy blend, Knob creek, or if it arrives on time(thinking thursday) our soon to be announced single barrel of Eagle rare 10) you will get 2 raffle tickets…

On November 29^th (black Friday) we will draw from the stack of raffle tickets collected to create a Draft order. First overall pick gets their pick of which whiskey they wish to purchase from the pool of 33. Second pick get to chose from the pool of 32 and so on…

There will be a chalkboard of all available whiskeys in the pool waiting to be drafted and how many bottles of each posted in store during the 20^th– 24^th this list will not be posted online so swing on though and get your tickets today.
