So Remember “319” our Redstone exclusive that Idle hand Craft Ales brewed for us. That luscious belgian quadruple that was brewed with cherries that you still all have dreams about.  Oh and remember our hand selected Redstone Liquors exclusive Eagle Rare single barrel bourbon. That oaky bourbon that had aromas of toffee, orange peel and honey and had flavor notes of caramel, candied almonds and very rich cocoa. Well… they got married!

Introducing the latest Redstone exclusive for the ages, our barrel aged 319 quad! Idle Hands aged this beautiful quadruple in our Eagle Rare bourbon barrels for a little over 4 months resulting in this gem of a beer. The batch yielded only 20 cases and we are happy to announce that it will be released on Saturday October 18th at our Redstone beer fest to fight Cancer.
We also have a small amount of the non barrel aged 319 that we had saved in anticipation of this release so that those who wish to compare the two side by side can do so.

Release info: Bottles will be released Saturday the 18th at 12pm (an hour before our beer fest to fight cancer)

Bottles will be limited to 4 per person through the weekend to try and spread the wealth.

We are excited to announce yet another Redstone exclusive for our wonderful customers. We have been working on this one for quite some time and we think that it was definitely worth the wait. We have teamed up with Chris from Idle hands brewing`and he has brewed “319” for us. 319 is a Belgian Quadruple brewed with Cherries.

This beer pours a beautiful mahogany with ruby highlights accompanied by a rocky brown head. 319 is malt forward with a nice balance of bitter and sweet; a bready character makes way to some dark fruit notes including those of raisin & cassis with a touch of plum. The finish leaves you with a very slight sour cherry which lingers a bit on the palate. Mouthfeel is full with a somewhat dry finish.*

Pair 319 with some charcuterie, dried fruit or your favorite chocolate cake
